Southland Champs Regatta

We have had a good run of weather for this seasons regattas on the Oreti River until the ILT Meridian Energy Southland Championship. Most of us got at least one row in very trying conditions. Novice adaptive master rower Chris Kimura had his first ever race at the regatta, as you will see in the photos. If he can do it in those rough conditions, it will be a breeze on a calm day. Well done to all the novice rowers, who made the effort to slog it out on the river.
