New Club Constitution

The Incorporated Society Act 2022 required all clubs, who are registered as an Incorporated Society to review and amend their current constitution before 5 April 2026 to ensure it complies with the newly introduced Act. The Invercargill Rowing Club management committee completed this review and amended its consititution using the template provided by Rowing New Zealand. A Special General Meeting took place on Thursday the 29th of January 2026 to discuss and adopt the new club constitution and the member vote was unanimous in support of the new constitution document.
